ABOUT THE EVENT
 
The Corporate Law Roundtable gathered leading policymakers, jurists, scholars, and practitioners from both Europe and North America for discussions on the most pressing corporate law and governance issues of the day. The day-long event included presentations of the latest academic research, bookended by a morning panel on listing rule reform and keynote remarks from Vice Chancellor Lori Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
