The Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF) was established in 2023 with the aim of being the preeminent organisation in the world for scholarship on corporate law and governance in Asia. To achieve this objective, 10 of Asia’s leading law departments, renowned for their expertise in corporate law and governance in Asia, will hold an annual ACLF Conference to bring together the leading corporate law scholars in Asia each year.

The Founding Institutional Members of the ACLF are: Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law; City University of Hong Kong School of Law; Jindal Global Law School; Monash University Business School; Monash University Faculty of Law; National Taiwan University College of Law; Peking University Law School; Seoul National University School of Law; Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law; and the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics.

The goal of the ACLF Conference is to provide an engaging venue where the most innovative and impactful new scholarship on Asian corporate law and governance can be presented and developed each year. The ACLF Conference will be held in a small group setting where each paper selected for presentation will receive detailed feedback from a leader in the field and be the subject of engaging discussion.
