Working papers

The ECGI Working Paper series is a repository of academic research papers produced by ECGI Research members consisting of highly qualified and renowned academics from across the globe. The series is managed by a team of ECGI Editors and the papers focus on Corporate Governance topics in both Law and Finance fields.

Codes

ECGI makes available the full texts of corporate governance codes, principles of corporate governance and corporate governance reforms both in Europe and elsewhere. All contributions are acknowledged and credited. It should be noted that the ECGI does not hold the copyright, nor can we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. The ECGI news section is focused on news about ECGI, events, projects, publications and ECGI members. It is not intended as a news site to share media stories about corporate governance. Queries about news stories can be directed to admin@ecgi.org

Videos

Videos from ECGI events enable the ideas and debates that emerge in live situations to be shared with a wider audience for consideration. This helps to identify areas for further research, foster debate and educate people on corporate governance issues. As with all ECGI material, these videos are published in the interest of providing a public service.
