ECGI together with Yale Law School hosted a conference on "2021 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 11-12, 2021 online. The session was moderated by Prof. Marco Becht (Université libre de Bruxelles and ECGI). Prof. Eyub Yegen (University of Toronto) presented his paper on "Investing in influence: Investors, portfolio firms, and political giving" and Prof. Michael Klausner (Stanford Law School and ECGI) discussed the paper.
