Ehud Kamar specializes in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He teaches Business Organizations, Securities Regulation, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He is especially interested in the interplay between law and economics and in empirical study of corporate law.
Professor Kamar has been a professor at University of Southern California, and a visiting professor at Harvard University, the Hebrew University, New York University, and the University of Chicago. He has practiced law in Israel and New York and has been a J. William Fulbright Scholar. Professor Kamar holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. and a J.S.D. from Columbia University.
