Dr. Charlotte Glassér is an advisor, researcher, strategist, and lecturer of global businesses, industrial- and market-development and finance. She has broad and successful executive-, interdisciplinary research program- and project-management, as well as advisory experience, in businesses characterized by globalization, deregulation and rapid transformative change. She has gained her international experience of advisory work and strategic business development, within the sectors of telecommunications, electronics, infrastructure, financial institutions, The Swedish Air Force and university research.
Dr. Glassér obtained her doctoral degree at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) in 2010 at the Department of International Business, Strategies & Markets in the executive FENIX-research program. Her Master Degree in Economics and Management Science, with a major in Finance, International Business and innovation management, was obtained in 1988 at SSE. Bachelor degrees and research in the humanities, business ethics, & governance have been advanced in the period 2008-2019 s an integral part of an ongoing post-doc research program labeled “Sustainable [Anthropocentric] economics, finance & firm theorizing”. In the period 2014-2015 the foci was mainly on commercial space entrepreneurship, innovation & governance of change. Further, in 2015-2017 a MA of higher pedagogics was achieved at the University of Umeå, addressing the didactics of entrepreneurship, enterprising and innovation in relation to organization, leadership and governance of schools. She is also Sweden’s country coordinator in the Vatican Institute (CAAPI Vatican) for advancements of business ethics, human dignity and social developments worldwide through firms and active owners.
Charlotte is currently a research fellow at The University of Navarra at The School of Economics & Management in Pamplona.
