16th Annual Law and Business Conference Vanderbilt Law School

This Conference was part of a larger project on Shareholder Power arising out of a collaboration between the National University of Singapore (NUS) Centre for Law & Business and the Vanderbilt University Law and Business Program.

The Conference aimed to bring together leading scholars from around the world to discuss the issue of Shareholder Power from a variety of perspectives.
