Since only minor changes and amendments have been made to the Code of Practice for Corporate Governance, NCGB has decided that there is no need to issue a new version of the Code in 2011. NCGB considers it adequate to communicate the changes to the current version of the Code of Practice dated 21 October 2010 by means of this document. The changes come into effect immediately.
