Dan Puchniak (National University of Singapore) presented his paper on 'The False Hope of Stewardship in the Context of Controlling Shareholders: Making Sense Out of the Global Transplant of a Legal Misfit' and Dionysia Katelouzou (Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London) presented her paper on 'Hedge Fund Activism and Shareholder Stewardship: An Automated Content Analysis of the Rhetoric of Stewardship' at the "Rethinking Stewardship" conference that took place on 23/10/2020 online.
