Professor Del Guercio's current research interests include the investment practices of institutional investors and the role of pension funds in corporate governance, particularly related to shareholder activism and voting. She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago. Her teaching interests include International Finance and Investments and has previously taught at the University of Southern California and the University of Queensland. She is currently the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs at the Lundquist College of Business; formerly she served as Finance Department Head and as PhD Program Director.
