Amir Licht earned his LL.M. and S.J.D. from Harvard Law School and undergraduate degrees in law and economics from the Tel Aviv University.
His research currently focuses on comparative corporate governance, psychological dimensions of governance, and international securities regulation. Amit Licht teaches corporate law and securities regulation at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, a private college in Israel, where he is also Dean. He has served as an independent advisor to the Israeli Securities Authority and the Ministry of Justice on various issues relating to his academic work.
